Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy
SFS Apparel is currently shipping all over India. We are working on enabling International Shipping soon.
At SFS Apparel, we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this – we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible.

Shipping Duration:
Orders placed before 1pm IST should be received within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Depending on the products in your cart, shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details you’ve received in your email. section on your cart page.
All our products are shipped out between 1 – 3 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond our control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, we will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Charges:
We provide FREE Shipping all over India.
Returns & Exchanges:
SFS Apparel has a no questions asked, 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We might request you to share an image of your products. For your order to qualify as a return or exchange:
- You must raise a return request by emailing us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of your order or by filling out a form on ‘contact us’ page, inquiry section.
- Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with
- Product must be in perfect condition
- Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- For prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations or orders that go to abandoned cart, refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days.
- Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days
- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations:
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
SFS Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
