For that person who\u2019s tried almost anything under the sun for results. Is that you? While that may not have been the wisest approach, it\u2019s an attitude that shows that you have the burning desire to meet a goal and willingness to do what it takes to get there.<\/p>\n<p>Such passion is powerful but also a double edged sword. For if used in the wrong way, it would hurt you rather than help you. And that would be a shame.<\/p>\n<p>SFS is for that person. It\u2019s to serve as a guiding beacon of light in the sea of darkness that surrounds. It\u2019s to channelize all of that passion, dedication and discipline in the right direction so you can get the results that you truly deserve.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><br \/>\nWhy you belong here<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Because you\u2019re tired of all the \u201cbecause I said so\u201d and \u201ctrust me, I\u2019m an expert\u201d kind of advice. Because you realize now that what works for your favorite bodybuilder\/ athlete won\u2019t necessarily work for you. Because you realize that fitness is a science and it\u2019s not only important to know what to do, but also WHY to do it. And because you\u2019d like to be part of a movement that spearheads the eradication of misinformation in this industry and ushers in a new era of a scientific and evidence based practice.<\/p>\n<p>With all that said, I\u2019m excited to have you here with us and be a part of the change.<\/p>\n<p>Today is the day you start to experience fitness as it was meant to be experienced from day one. The results that are promised are the results you get to earn.
