That pesky little area that, no matter how ripped you get elsewhere, just doesn\u2019t seem to budge and unfortunately, sticks out like a sore thumb!<\/p>\n<p>Now if you\u2019re a guy, that stubborn area of yours is probably your sides and lower back aka your \u201clove handles\u201d. Oh the irony! There ain\u2019t nothing to love about that monstrosity! I should know because I have the same problem. That dang love handle fat is the first to come and the last to go! Or if you happen to be a lovely lady; then its probably your hips and thighs that are giving you trouble. But at the end of the day, it\u2019s the same ol\u2019 story with the same ol\u2019 enemy &#8211; stubborn fat.<\/p>\n<p>And given how unbelievably annoying it can get; there\u2019s no shortage of people desperately looking online for a solution to get rid of this stubborn fat. And where there is demand, there is supply. They\u2019d show this crappy animation where they\u2019d show this contraption send heat waves to the fat cells through the skin and \u201cmelt\u201d them. *Rolls eyes*. But hey, I fell for it!
