There are a lot of arguments been thrown around about meal frequency and how often one has to eat in order to achieve their desired physique.
On one side you have extreme “bros” who stick to the typical 6-7 meals a day routine.
On the other, “science followers” who say doing that its all bogus and 3 meals a day work just as well.
So today I will feature a video response to a question put to me by a follower at my Facebook page where I touch upon this issue with a pragmatic approach.
