Muscle Building PIZZA Recipe

So today I’m giving away one of the top recipes from my buddy Dave Ruel’s
cookbook Anabolic Cooking, so you can reward yourself with a delicious treat
after a super tough workout.

I like it because there are no harmful additives that normally go into regular
take-out pizza.  Imagine, enjoying pizza guilt-free while still building muscle!
And this only takes 20-25 minutes to make or  just 15 minutes if you have all
the ingredients before hand.

Acidosis: The Silent Killer

Ever wonder why in spite of all your efforts in the gym and the unbelievable amounts of food you eat, you just cant gain muscle.

Whats worse, you are gaining fat instead!
And then you are sitting there wondering…….

“Im doing everything right

Im lifting heavy
Giving enough rest

Eating over 200 gms of protein.

Then where am I going wrong?”

Well……
Maybe its because on the inside, your body is rotting away
Maybe the environment inside your body is so toxic and unsafe that its impossible for any growth

I am going to talk about two VERY IMPORTANT aspects of protein i.e “How much protein we need?” and “Negative effects of too much protein

The reason I decided to keep these two topics in a seperate post is simple.

Both of them are important,controversial and are thrown around so much that its just downright harmful.
