The concept of Time-Under-Tension (TUT) is VERY lucrative in the world of resistance training

This concept is propagated by so many fitness “gurus” that one would assume it is rooted in the very foundations of resistance training

In fact, I myself have spent so much time in trying to find whether or not this concept has any merit and have often been left scratching my head
And now finally after all that time fixating over this issue and breaking my head over it…I feel that now I am at a place to write about this….

So…lets get right to it

We are all familiar with The Fitness Trident – Training,Nutrition and Recovery and how essential each of the three are for us to achieve our fitness goals

Now although most of us manage to be regular to the gym and even go to the point of getting our meals right, it is safe to say that only a fraction pay heed to the third and final component – RECOVERY

Muscle Building PIZZA Recipe

So today I’m giving away one of the top recipes from my buddy Dave Ruel’s
cookbook Anabolic Cooking, so you can reward yourself with a delicious treat
after a super tough workout.

I like it because there are no harmful additives that normally go into regular
take-out pizza.  Imagine, enjoying pizza guilt-free while still building muscle!
And this only takes 20-25 minutes to make or  just 15 minutes if you have all
the ingredients before hand.
