A very common question I receive from my readers is:
“Dumbbells vs Barbells – Which one is better?”
This is actually a VERY common question that just about every muscle building enthusiast has wondered about at some point in their training. And I’m sure you have too!
If you search up online, you’ll find a lot of “experts” talking about this topic. But most of them just sit on the fence and say things like:
“Both are equally good”
“Keep switching between the two for ‘variation’ ” etc…
