Today the fear of Carbohydrates strikes all those who want to lose fat. Few years ago…it was the “Dietary Fat is bad for you” craze and even before that (believe it or not) Protein was bad for all of us!

But while blaming all of the above mentioned, there were always a selective few who knew that these bad guys aren’t really that bad and have positive roles to them
However, today there is one poor fellow that has been bashed and blamed to the point of no return. Every fitness website swears against it and this very fellow has attracted THE MOST horrendous publicity than anything else to date. Yes…..I am talking about the one and only – “CORTISOL”
